VALENTINE'S DAY MINIS

With the new addition of our studio I thought I would start offering seasonal studio minis! These sessions are such a fun and quick way to document your kiddos through out the year. My personal style is simple and that certainly translates to my photography.

I truly believe the purpose of photography is to capture my subjects so they are the "center of attention" in a photograph. For me this means keeping props and such to a minimum. I never want the props in an image to over power my subject. I also like my subjects to have freedom to move and express themselves, and sometimes when you have a lot of props it can be difficult to allow for that environment.

When I began to brainstorm what I wanted to do for the Valentine's Day Minis I did what any good mom would do...consult Pinterest! From there I found some sweet inspiration and away I went! Minis are officially scheduled for January 27th, and I'm so excited about how my "sample" images turned out.
